In Stardew Valley if your character falls asleep too late then when they wake up they only have half their energy. That is me today. But we have bread!

      Yes I eat the same things everyday. Created a vegan diet that, according to Cronometer hits all my Reference Daily Intakes even 100℅ scores on the micronutrients. I Repeat that everyday as close as I can based on what is available where I am at.

      Poridge every weekday, often on weekends to. I started putting seeds and dates in it recently, to make it less bland/boring. Sometimes I make pancakes or French toast on the weekend.

      Yes, I’ve have had 3 different breakfasts throughout my whole life.

      First one in childhood was nothing, just because I really didn’t understood the importance of eating back then.

      Second one was the exact same brand cereals for 15-20 years.

      Third one is current one. Probably the best one. Quick oats+yoghurt+protein powder. Easy to make, easy to eat, nice macros for the begging of the day.

      Yeah I rotate between two things for the weekdays. Poptarts, or cereal if my lactose intolerance is not as bad.

      On weekends it’s fried eggs, toast and maybe some bacon.

      I’ve had a bowl of cereal with a cup of coffee for breakfast for years. This week, for no apparent reason, I had toast and Vegemite instead of cereal for breakfast. Maybe an unconscious craving for vitamin B?
