Wait… are they just treasonous starting today, or is Tucker saying he committed treason as a card carrying Republican?

They’re treasonous because Tucker Carlson needs to stay relevant in the headlines. He’s a fucking white nationalist Christian fascist, he’s very smart, and he’s (somehow to his audience) very charismatic. He can be extremely dangerous.

I’ll just add: I don’t think there’s any real charisma. I think he just has had an audience particularly suited to gullibility, to whom trust is earned by mere repetition, and then been given decades of time to show his face. Every segment of his that I’ve seen is him speaking like someone spoon-feeding elementary-school logic to a mentally infirm grandparent.

I mean… That’s the Republican base. They vote, and they buy whatever they’re told to by these chucklefucks. There’s a lot of advertising money in the fascist grift world.

uhhh… have you heard of MAGA? As long as he has his own cult, he’ll be dangerous

I dont know if hes really smart. See a break in the conservative rhetoric and fill it. Already had name recognition from his early fox days. Seems easy to me if you have no actual values and can afford writers for your interviews.

He has stayed “popular” for like 20 years, that requires charisma and intelligence

He’s breaking with Trump over treason earlier than the crowd. That’s smart.

They are treasonous because Tuck wants the presidency in 2028. He could win too, if not for Israel, I’ve no doubt he will submit to them though when it comes to it.

Right. The United States has prioritized corporate interests over individual citizens for generations. I can point further back, but I don’t think “corporations” would be historically accurate, just “business interests”. Furthermore, the United States have been sending billions every single year to Israel for decades, which has a population in the single digit millions, meanwhile Americans aren’t dignified with health care. Or we, in most school districts, have to pay for our children’s meals while they attend schools that they’re legally required to attend (unless we can afford to send them to private schools).

Anyway - did this guy just, right now, start believing the evidence of his eyes?

Since this is a “worst person you know makes a good point” situations for me, I want to add - the DNC have very much been complicate with all of the above.
