Translation. She was being impartial and wouldn’t direct her staff into making up bullshit lies to support bad MAGA bills.
Then they fire her for being competent and professional and namecall her as a “DEI hire” before replacing her with a completely unqualified boot licker who destroys everything they touch.
And calling her a “DEI hire,” despite the fact that she was hired in the first Trump administration.
Chump’s attempt at an “administration” putting the Discrimination, Exclusion, and Inequality back into DEI…

Her primary issue is that she doesn’t have a drinking problem, or any other substance abuse problem. And she’s smart. Getting pretty tired of these smart women around here, and smart minorities are even worse. Makes it hard out there for a mediocre white man.
That’s always been the case with anti-“DEI” rhetoric. Barely-veiled racism, and an excuse to engage in kakistocracy while crying for meritocracy.
He needs to make jobs for those South African immigrants.
Anyone who hasn’t read her resignation letter really should. It’s clear that this woman is incredibly intelligent and well-spoken, and her loss will be felt.
