If so, great. But the demented rapist is known for only talking shit and fucking things up, so without specifics and money in hand I’m not buying much of it.
None of this is a monolith, the US department of “war” is one of the largest employers on earth. Contradictions abound and though Trump and Vance are on Putin’s side they only have so much political capacity to clearly sabotage Ukraine before it threatens to topple the political party that repeatedly betrays Ukraine… which is the limit we are approaching and in many ways have surpassed.
