Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on Monday said she’s “done” with the Republican Party, which she said has turned into the “America LAST” party.
Her comments came after right-wing commentator and former Fox News host Tucker Carlson said he was done with the party after voting Republican his entire life.
This is more infighting than conversion.
Yeah but generally any movement away I encourage. Maybe they don’t fully switch parties but still aids almost as well. Immediately reacting to any change of heart with hostility might decrease the division or prevent people from fully switching. I say give me your tired, your poor,Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,The wretched.
I was just being pedantic. Certainly we should all encourage the split, but I wouldn’t count on any of them becoming allies anytime soon.
I’ve seen it happen on a personal level and seen individuals go the other way.
