I’m sure it’s quite common for kids born in the Quiverfull movement ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quiverfull ) to not necessarily stay xtians. So I guess we’ll see.
I thought I read somewhere that the increase of nones/decrease of xtians has flattened out just recently, but for many years it was at rate of right around 1% every year.
While the average xtian might think that being a none is rare, and in my experience, they very much overestimate the percentage of xtians/underestimate the amount of non-xtians and nones, I’m quite sure their leadership is very much aware of it, since often churches are downsizing and closing. The big megachurches grab the headlines, but the numbers are the numbers…

From 1972 to 2021, they’ve gone from ~90% to ~63%
