Even ICD11 isn’t known here. All kinds of physicians still diagnose on the outdated ICD 10 catalog. “Autism spectrum? Never heard of! You have ADHD? Then you cannot have autism!” 🤦

In fact, the hospitals with an autism dept cannot diagnose ADHD and those with an ADHD ambulance cannot diagnose ASD.

And forget to ask about DSM. That’s even less known than ICD 11 here.

I actually hope cPTSD as a whole gets a lot more sun-shiney attention. Because I think we’ve hidden our skeletons of existence for far too long as a people and it’s time that we start reconciling the ugly things that we do to one another. Because it’s the only way we’re going to get people to stop being absolute pieces of human garbage behind closed doors.

Also I think we should make sex-cauldron spaces for child molesters. And have kids a lot more informed and teach them to “snitch” when they are being taken advantage of. And by this I don’t mean brothels for kids. By that I actually mean get people who want to be with a child in any sort of sexual or romantic way the fuck away from them even if they’re “well-intentioned.” I think WA has that shit right when they put sex offenders on a island. Cause legitimately, who the fuck takes advantage of kids like that? IDGAF what your mindset was. Go hang with other adults. You can “geek out” about your chomo stuff together, but stay the eff away from the little ones.
