For those who have had problems before running BDO on linux with the official launcher and not on steam.

  • It can be run through Bottles using the latest caffe runner.

  • For those of you running on steam can use the latest proton or experimental and it should work fine.

    Thanks, I had Black Desert Online written off my list years ago.

    It’s nice to have information available on the Fediverse for any Linux Gamer looking to find a solution to play this.
