I don’t know if that makes sense, but I know that propaganda and fake news are alarmingly prevalent today and the government has been known to distract its citizens from their evil deeds. Is there a website that lets users know what they should look out for? For example, what should we really be focused on while Ukraine is at war with Russia? Is President Biden building UFOs while we watch the war progress?

You should be focused on Russia’s illegal invasion of Ukraine. There is no man behind the curtain, but there are underlying issues which don’t fit conveniently into each three minute video report on the war’s progress. Instead of looking for some other salacious news, look deeper at the facts surrounding the issues being presented.
