Let’s bring back debtors’ prisons then. I’m fucking sick and tired of all the “there’s nothing we can do” bullshit. There ARE things, but no one has the stomach for them.
Debtors prisons are pretty terrible and hurt the vulnerable.
Remove a lot of the legal separation between a corporation and those that own and run it. Make the owners and leadership liable and don’t stop at the articles of incorporation.
