His rabid fans started turning on him over higher gas prices caused by this stupid war. They could win those rabid fans over by confronting trump on this issue. He’s 80 with one foot in the grave; if they can’t grow a spine now, they never will.

No one is scared of the lunatic in chief. They’re scared of the people frothing at the mouth and still supporting him, because he controls the justice department which means their protection, is at his discretion, and in the end he can keep pardoning those people until they get to their targets.
