Yup, universally awful.
Burst today.
I think this may be another Scottishism that I need translating?
Aspartame flavoured drinks all taste horrid. I don’t think I’ve had a soft drink since the sugar was taken away from us.
Not the Devil Chicken, nooo! sounds awesome
If you’re right handed, you’ll naturally pick up a spoon by the bowl if they’re like OP’s image.
away am I imposing some kind of cutlery hell
Probably, but they should do it themselves if they are going to complain
Left handed person! My MIL puts the cutlery away like this and its marginally annoying when picking one up as a righty (although the benefit of her emptying the dishwasher outweighs the annoyance).
I have a tattoo of Murray on my leg, I like Curse 😀. The first two are really good too.

I’ve had no time for any video game playing recently. Looking forward to Return to Monkey Island being released on mobile at the end of the month, should give me an opportunity to play it.
Board game (well, board game adjacent), we bought Block Party, which is a bit like Pictionary but making pixel art with tiny wooden cubes. Its pretty fun.
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri
Really liked this too, even though I didn’t expect to.
I have to wear a splint until the scan. Which could be worse, the doctor said he usually casts them.
After finally getting my wrist looked at yesterday and a quick trip to the fracture clinic this morning, they’re still not sure if I’ve broken anything. Need to go back for an MRI scan within the next two weeks. Joy.
Also, been up since 4am with child #2. Roll on 4pm hometime, and possibly 5pm bedtime.
We had a power cut yesterday and the internet has been slooooow since then
Tried a router reboot?
Short term extra graft, but long term gain. Nice.
It probably helped that his bike is the same colour as mine and they’re both mountain style. He wasn’t very interested but we kept trying and it clicked.
One friend suggested getting the cheapest, lightest, plastic balance bike and leaving it in the house for them to pick up as they want to - make it a toy rather than a milestone.
Left wrist, so that hopefully minimises the jokes 🙂
Finally made it to the minor injury unit for my wrist. Waiting for an x-ray now but the triage nurse thinks something might be broken. It’s going to bugger work right up if I can’t drive for a while…
Child #1 got a balance bike when he was two but didn’t really get on with it until he was nearly three. Once he turned three he was unstoppable on it. Looking forward to getting him a pedal bike so we can go through the woods together.
My car has different driver profiles, linked to separate keys. Unlock the car with your key and it sets the seat, mirrors, temperature and radio stations to my presets. It’s so nice.
