This looks nice but what license does it use?

This is a great site, thanks for sharing.
If I’m honest, I forgot what MATE was, so yeah I reviewed it and it still seems a bit lighter, but not too much.
Not bad specs, aside from that CPU. It is terrible. My wii probably has more processing power than that.
I was just about to comment this lol
skids rejoice
I use the one that comes with my DE, but if I am using a WM I use kitty
He meant lighter as in performance wise.
Not to mention the menu button just doesn’t work at all sometimes.
Yeah… to my knowledge it’s the same as a “normal” UEFI system, but instead of pressing esc
or f12
you hold the alt
or option
key on startup. Then select your USB, and boot. I’d strongly advise you test everything before installing.
This depends on which iMac it is. If it’s an Intel iMac, it is slightly easier, and if it’s an Apple Silicon iMac, it will be a bit more difficult. If it’s a Silicon, you’d need to use Asahi Linux, or have varying support. If it’s Intel, I’m pretty sure it’s similiar to installing on a PC, but can’t say for sure. I’ll look into it more

My liking for Ford after this: 📉📉📉

If they have good scores on protondb, it’s probably an issue with configuration. First, make sure you’re running it with proton. Go to the game’s configuration > compatibility and tick “force the use of a specific steam play compatibility tool.” then select the highest version of proton available(don’t choose experimental if your game is supported according to protondb). Then, click play. if needed, proton will install and this should solve your issue. If it doesn’t, then you can delete steam(sudo pacman -R steam
), and remove the .steam folder in your home folder. This deletes your configuration for steam, and might help resolve issues. Then, re-install steam(sudo pacman -S steam
), and sign in again. Download your game and set up proton as I told you. If that still doesn’t work, you’ll want to make a post and share the log files.
i fw it
I don’t think your GPU is the issue here as well, I think your game might not work. If you want to try and diagnose the issue, I’d be happy to help. First, add the following to your Steam game options: PROTON_LOG=1 %command%
. Then, run the game. This will make a log file in your home directory, with the prefix “steam-” and then your appid. If you want to upload the log or paste the output here, I can try and look at it and try to help.
I can’t say for sure, but I’d assume that windows works differently that GNU/Linux at least slightly like this. In GNU, there is a hierarchy of displaying things and windows likely has a slightly different version of that.
Good question! Someone let me know when there’s an answer.
On my main laptop I use KDE, it’s smooth and gets the job done. On my tablet, I use GNOME. It runs well, and is touch-optimized. On my other laptop, I use gnome for no particular reason.
