5 months agoI use Librewolf with Ublock and sponsorblock. Sometimes youtube video stops loading or keeps seeking 5-10 seconds forward. However, reloading the page helps. I don’t have such problems when watching Youtube with mpv.

They just don’t want to. Now they can stop releasing security patches and users would buy new hardware.
I’m running Gnome 46 on i3 3217U with 4GB RAM. Works so smooth, maybe even better than Cinnamon. SSD makes all the difference.
3·5 months agoIf you have root, you can try acc magisk module. I can set charging treshhold and limit charging current with it.
31·6 months agoLutris can execute scripts before launching game and after closing game. I use this to disable “win” key in games.
I can find 120 GB used SSD for 5€)
Today it happened for the first time for me. I use arch btw.
Last phosh release was 3 days ago and it should work with any distro on wayland
You need to do something like this (and add LED strip).
1·7 months agoI use AtlasOS tweaks with Windows 10 and my system never suggests an upgrade to Windows 11 although updates and MS Store works fine. AtlasOS is the thing that make Windows at least usable.
Maybe it’s because websites should ask user before enabling cookies?
I use Alpine with Gnome 45. Works excellent for browsing web.
New versions of Android have made turning off mobile data more inconvenient. Now, you need to tap twice instead of just once in previous versions.
I’m using Wayland on my AMD laptop (with integrated Vega graphics). I had zero problems with this setup.
1·8 months agoSmall areas of russian land near the border is not controlled by russian army since March 12.
My RPi4 refused to start with a 2x2.5" hard drive, so I did some workarounds. I connected the USB 3.0 +5V pin to the GPIO and powered the RPi using a PD trigger with MINI 560 (5A DC-DC converter). In my case, a random 18W QC brick was enough.
