That wont work at all. Each subscriber needs to get the update which is not a feature of Lemmy at the moment. Simply injecting posts will only copy over content.
Community migration is coming in future releases of Lemmy but right now it’s not possible.

I was in the Army then and we all knew it was Daddies War 2.0. I tried to help as many people get out of the Army as I could and then got myself out with full honors and no PTSD. Deleting messages in activity pub is a process of proliferation so it mostly likely indicates that the post has been deleted from the community and the user is banned. That you still see it means your local instance hasn’t received the federated delete message.
