Will it? All I have seen is that self driving cars will decide to kill people because they cannot make decisions about life in a way that preserves it.

Maybe in like 1000 years plus they might become good enough but by that time the conditions that make cars a necessity would be no more or at least severly reduced.

As for losing the advocacy group, it sucks, but if I were in a tough position where I had to choose between advocacy and development, I would stick with my core mission - a stable browser with the features that users want.

Not surprised honestly, they were always a poorly run organisation that needed to go more worker owned co-op but got run like a tech startup instead.

Also, ex-4channers and fascists we have found don’t necessrily give up the language or ideas from it once they have left, no matter how ‘smart’ they were.

Both people online and offline we have met that were fash in some way have a certain energy and way of speaking to them that we find disgusting and offputting a lot of the time.

If you look at our comments we made it pretty clear that all of fedi is like that, including lemmy.
