None could. It wouldn’t have been spent on the homeless and even if it was more than 90% would be eaten up by grift, studies and administrative costs.

It was for lols and putting that n word in his place. No matter what the law says prisoners are slaves and have no rights. For the 1000s abused its extremely rare for it to hit the news or go viral.

Not saying I agree with it. I was in that system in Alabama as a teen and in my 20s. I never went to jail for something I actually did.
