Just your average urban druid interested in technology and quantum field theory.

Your answer was concise and succinct, for such a complicated topic. Thank you!
Last I read, online mind you, was that most insurance companies use 10 million in their equations.
If I remember correctly that’s the value an average person will earn companies they work for during their entire life. So the older you are the less you’re worth.
There’s a place in town that has Belgian Bacon Waffles, and you’re correct they’re divine!
I love getting an order, plain, and a side of warmed maple syrup, then ripping them into dunk-able pieces. I make a mess, but they’re so good that way. Hot, crispy, crunchy, bacon-y, sweet, salty, smoky, delicious.
I hate to say it, but within minutes of hearing about the attack by Hamas against Israel, the unexpectedness of it, and the scale of it, I asked myself, “Who’s funding this,” and, “Who gains by this?” And my brain replied, “Putin.”
Sure enough within days his puppets in our government (the USofA GOP) start talking about reducing/stopping aid to Ukraine.

Follow a few interesting people based on a tag, perhaps by number of favorites / boosts, and then remove that tag.
You can always add it back in later.
Nice! Thank you.
Any advice on mastodon?
Mastodon gets better when you start following people by hashtag.
Account Settings > Profile > Featured Hashtags
Populate that area with hashtags of what interests you. Pretty soon you have people popping up that share your interests and you follow those that seem interesting.
You may have heard of Folsom Street Fair? The sex & kink positive, all-inclusive, world-famous, 2-day long, San Francisco street fair?
For the first time in over 2 decades of attending my husband and I were turned away from the new, unmarked, Trans & Non-Binary Gate & Safe Space because we weren’t, nor did we identify, as such.
