I’ve been using Creality’s hyper PLA. It’s pretty good quality and my printer/slicer combo has presets that are 95% what I want (I tweak the print and bed temps as needed). I’m using an Ender 3 V3 KE for reference.

You take it every day. It’s a neural reuptake inhibitor, so it needs to build up in your system.
For me, it’s not a fast fix like a stimulant would be. It just takes the edge off of my symptoms, make them easier to manage, and makes it easier to do stuff. In fact, the biggest thing I’ve noticed is the effect it has on executive dysfunction.
Atomoxetine (straterra) is a slow burn. It takes at least a few weeks to start noticing any effects. I haven’t noticed any side effects, other than some trouble sleeping the first week when I first started taking it; but that was because my insurance wouldn’t approve me for a lower dosage to have a more graceful “ramp up” period.
I’m definitely going to try the retraction speed (instead of distance) and no z-hop in the morning.
Still try the higher temp, but bump up your retraction to counteract that. I went with the same move for printing silk to get cleaner layers, and it’s worked out really well.
It’s not. It’s a visual of light polarization laid over the black hole photo taken a few years ago. Original Image
I’m hoping some more non-stimulant meds have been approved; because after 2 years of Atomoxetine, my motivation has come to a screeching halt. My productive hobbies have been dead for a few months, and I’m back to feeling like I have no time or energy to get anything done. This past week has been the worst in a long time with just feeling tired and moody constantly.
Alternative middle ground: “Please don’t let the dogs tangle.”
I struggled with tact for a long time, but after years of trying to be conscious if it with my interactions, I feel like I’m making progress. It’s something we have to practice consciously to have any success at.
It started as a typical Lemmy instance with a focus on lack of censorship, and now it’s the “if your porn is too weird for Lemmynsfw, it’s welcome here as long as it’s legal” instance.

"Sorry, what?*

This argument had been had before, and multiple other courts have upheld the same decision: a private business owner can choose to deny clients for any reason. Providing a service doesn’t make you indebted to provide a service for everyone. They accept the consequences of whatever decisions they make.
Even outside of that, if someone doesn’t want to make something for you, why would you try to force them through the courts? That’s just asking for a sub-par product and a contentious relationship at best.
Let the bed cool down all the way, ya little gremlin! If you absolutely can’t wait, put the bed on a tile floor and your print should pop off on it’s own pretty quick.
