My brother plays games on Windows. I tried to convert him to Linux like two times, but he doesn’t want to do it. He doesn’t even play multiplayer games. Just single-player and co-op games. So Anticheat wouldn’t be a problem. When I said to him that Steam is releasing their own Linux distro, he said: Sure, I will try that.
That was almost 3 years ago and there still isn’t official steamos for desktop.

When I create the new user in containers, should I create the same user in proxmox host and change ownership of the hdd, and all existing files in it, to it? Probably yes, right? Thx for providing some alternative. I think I will still try to first make it work with mount points and local users. But I appreciate your post and will keep it in mind if I need to use it later.
If refresh rate and ghosting is reasonable for scrolling I could see myself using it. For movies and games I would just turn on second monitor.

This acually worked. It was basically fresh install, so I reinstalled it again without checking automatic login, just to be sure. Now WiFi works as expected without dealing with the wallet. Thank you. Now when I think about it, this was probably first time I checked automatic login for anything outside of VM, that is probably why I haven’t seen it before.
When people want to automatically login I doubt they want to unlock the wallet every time. This seems stupid.

If my government gave me around 1500 euros per month per child until they have stable job, so probably around 25 years old, adjusted for inflation of course. Then I would consider having a child.
