Also I just searched circular spectrum to find the one I posted. I neither agree nor disagree with it. I didn’t actually read where it came from.

Graphite (even just shaded on from a pencil) works quite well for wood. I prefer the stuff you can get in a powder.

I was in the same situation (also being bad at communicating mental needs). But eventually found the words to communicate it.

Took some time, but now my partner is even starting to recognize when I may need some time to myself and is much more accommodating.

Obviously no religion. They all are useless in my books.

No one should need some “ancient texts” to tell them how to not be a piece of human garbage.

Christianity and Islam are probably the two major ones who have caused the most death out of any.

Just be a good person.
