And yet when Netflix was good the amount of people who pirated went down a ton. I was on that train. Just give me a service that isn’t outrageously expensive, has most of the content i want, and is more convenient than pirating and I’ll do it, as long as i have an income.

Yea that’s been the main issue, not enough resources spent to get the immigrants to actually learn swedish and truly become part of society. Instead you get whole areas filled with people who don’t know the language and distrust the government and civil systems, which breeds a whole host of problems.

We used to be “neutral” (even though even then the argument was threadbare at best), but then we went and joined NATO. Can hardly call us neutral now. Even outside of that though, neutrality should not mean you can’t call out countries/organisations for doing horrendous shit like war crimes and genocide.

We’ve publicly condemned Russia for the invasion of Ukraine (among other things) and i think China for something else (was it about Taiwan or Hong Kong or something? I don’t recall). There’s no real reason not to do the same with Israel outside of not wanting to anger the US.

My impression is that it’s the first, we can have a very varied diet unlike most other animals who are a bit more specialised (or in some cases very specialised), but my dog regularly eats things that would turn my stomach inside out.

True, but humans are like the shittiest omnivores. They need to cook their food to digest it properly. Pigs have no such weakness, they root around in the dirt and eat whatever they find with no issue.
