Hello, I was looking for software that would automatically remind me to take a break from the computer every so often. It needs to be automatic and pop up over video games. Idk if anyone had any suggestions?

    I’d love this as well

    I do install an addon for my browsers called LeechBlock that works wonders for browsing but something that can help in general would be cool too
