Can be anything, live-action or cartoon or whatever. Enjoyable i guess could mean relaxing and maybe funnier

There are so many pieces of media that need much slower pacing. The Sequel Star wars movies for one.
I find most things only benefit from auto-setting it to 0.9x speed
