I dont have a dog in this fight.
Of course you do. Allowing borders to be redrawn by force isn’t good for stability anywhere.
Agreed. I think a huge part of it is down to how many kids are vaping here too. Saw an interview with the Taoiseach (prime minister) and he said 13% of 12-17 year olds had vaped in the last 30 days. Pretty crazy number.
Must be great to have such a consistent shipper of arms that lets you use them however you want.
We don’t really have that whole active shooter thing here tbh.
He doesn’t strike me as violent, just a self important cunt.
This one sparks joy.
Fingers crossed!
Oooh, Netherlands and Denmark both over 90% now. We’re movin’!
Delicious.
Been waiting for this one. Perun is superb.
…900 days ago. *tears*
Get off the hamas propaganda man.
I’m not sure how pointing out that most countries (representing the vast majority of the Earth’s population) recognise the state of Palestine is “Hamas propaganda” but here we find ourselves.
One of us needs some introspection and it’s not me - it’s entirely possible to believe strongly that Israel has the right to defend itself, hope that Israel gets all the terrorists, be absolutely outraged by what happened on October 7th while also being utterly, utterly horrified by the killing of children in enormous numbers and the witnessing of many of the other horrors that have come out of this.
Those things do not exclude each other in any way. They’re not even vaguely contradictory.
Palestinie doesn’t exist
I mean, it does where I live. Wikipedia link.
As of June 2024, the State of Palestine is recognized as a sovereign state by 145 of the 193 member states of the United Nations, or just over 75% of all UN members.
Gosh, there really is a lot of green on that map. More than I was expecting tbh.
Oh, thanks for the heads up. I thought it was lay-kes-ter!
LOLOL. I’m actually chuckling away out loud here.
“Dig out some of the best footage from the war that we have”
“Yes boss. Done.”
“NOT THAT YOU DONKEY”
Like everyone and their mother knows that’s Ukrainians doing God’s work in the trench.
I also found the whole thing more than a bit distasteful tbh and I’m a huge supporter of Ukraine.
Any lady that old is going to say whatever the hell she needs to to get soldiers (of any kind, I’d wager) away from her. Like there’s no question she considers Kursk to be Russian so any Ukrainian soldier trying to get her to say “oh yeah, the Ukrainian army is great” and she does it is down to the power imbalance.
Like what was she supposed to say? “No lads, you fuck off home now” and hope for the best that she doesn’t get shot?
Yeah, they’re doing incredible work. BBC saying they’re now creating their own prepared lines of defence so it looks like they’re there to stay for the long haul.
I mean there’s a saint named after them.
And yeah it would seem crazy to sacrifice it if it wasn’t damaged in fairness.
