A stockbroker knows about farms; but not the finer details that make one successful. Much like how politicians say they understand the struggles of the working class but never worked a day in their lives
Since the sake belongs to the fuck, the possessive apostrophe is appropriate. It’s not a contraction.
TempleOS is the one true distro.
U wot m8?
Reminds of the rant about the boss in Christmas Vacation. Do you need a Tylenol?
Nah, given what we know about Drumpf and his cohorts, Slaanesh is the one being worshipped. Tzeench likes change, but the debauchery and depravity that is currently happening with this administration fits more.
Khorne was G.W., Nurgle was the first trump term, Slaanesh is the current one, Tzeench will probably be the redeeming god. The Materium can only handle so much.
There are different types of users. Those who want something to work out of the box and those who like to put in the work to make the os into something personal. Usually, at least with the people I’ve come across, if you give them something the “works” but if they can tinker and make it better they’d learn. Now, not everybody is like that. Some just want to browse the Internet and play games. Flatpak, while not perfect, is a solution to a problem. Not everybody wants to adjust config files and/or configure wine bottles for every game.
As for your comment about drobbins… I can’t argue. The greatest thing about Linux is the freedom to use what ever distro works for your needs. If switching from one because it doesn’t do what you want, by all means, switch. But, if you are more computer literate and like to learn about how the os actually works; it doesn’t matter which distro, you can figure out how to fix the problem and contribute to the community so others can fix it too.
Ah, typical Arch user response. “Everything is bloat. Stop having fun.” If it works for somebody else, let them. I get where you’re coming from, needlessly adding things because you can, leads to enshittification. But, trying new ways of doing things is the whole point. If it works and the majority of people use it then it succeeded. Bloat or not, if it gets new users to switch then it’s a net positive. Plus, Gentoo>Arch. If you don’t use custom flags and debloat the kernel you’re argument is invalid.
I would love to see all of our trading partners just sanction us. Treat us like North Korea, let’s see how Trump will act when no trading is allowed. No negotiations, just cut us off. I know how much it’ll hurt; but, I’m getting sick and tired of the dipshits thinking that we’re untouchable. Like we’re God’s gift and that the world would shut down without us. Sure, there might be a hiccup in trade for every other country, but it’s most likely one of the few ways that will make people realize just how much we depend on other countries.
The US doesn’t have the infrastructure to support its citizens. Gone are the days of good American products. Make us suffer.
I’m pretty sure they are using a private network for email exchanges.
If Elon is such a genius, let’s see him stream Kerbal Space Program. I would love to see him get to Mun and back.
But it has electrolytes… Plants crave electrolytes… Would you rather then have the stuff that’s in toilets?
Who is this anonymous and why does he keep talking to himself?
If bread’s too expensive you can always eat cake.
