A fifteen year old girl is not a “woman,” she is a child. All of this is appalling but that line stood out in particular to me.

I think IDF also uses option B - explosives. Also very effective, since the only ones who get harmed by IDF weapons are Hamas, so everyone killed/harmed in the blast zone can safely be declared Hamas.

The US has had no problem getting rid of certain politicians in other countries before. While I don’t generally condone the action, I can comfortably say I’d look the other way if he fell down the stairs. No atrocity, that.

The NYT has been shown to be biased against Palestinians, so this, unfortunately, doesn’t surprise me anymore. I used to trust the NYT as one of the more trustworthy sources, but am reluctant to give them any traffic anymore. It feels like, at least in the US, the right-wing crazies have won because “mainstream media” (all media, frankly) really is starting to feel untrustworthy.

I strongly dislike nearly everything about this timeline.

Cool, cool. So we’d be okay with any country doing the exact same as Israel? Then why is the US bothering to support Ukraine? Surely, Russia must not be doing anything bad, either.
