I am defending no one and taking no side. I’m just pointing out that there are laws against denying the holocaust all across Europe.

These laws are harsh and will actually hit researchers that even try and dispute the number of victims … unless they are making the number larger. It is a fish tale. No doubt a fish was caught, but there is no way possible it was 11 million feet long.

My facts are straight. Questioning it is the same as denying it in most, if not all, of those 17 European countries where there are holocaust denial laws.

Professors and researchers get threatened when they suggest that it was actually Russians that did a lot of the killing. They get arrested when the point to the Pogroms that saw every religion being attacked.

It is what it is. 17 countries in Europe have “holocaust denial” laws … and that is suspect to a lot of people.

If it suddenly became illegal to openly state that aliens may exist … many would see this as a cover up and confirmation.

The laws don’t always say “it is illegal to deny the holocaust” … but you have to look at the way libel laws are used. Britain actually convicts on counts of libel for holocaust denial (see historian David Irving). They have laws on incitement to hatred and offensive communication that are used should one post a story that mentions holocaust denial (see Allison Chabloz).

My point still stands. Seeing all those countries with laws like this could make a reasonable person suspicious.

No, its not flawed. I know many people here in the US that are holocaust deniers based solely on the fact that it is illegal in most of Europe.
You honestly cannot do research to prove portions of the holocaust records could be wrong without risking imprisonment.

Go full auto in a stadium and it will pull up and you will shoot the ceiling, or it will pull down and you will shoot the ground and maybe your leg. Life is not a movie or videogame. Autofire really sucks ass unless you are an absolute pro at it and have a great deal of practice. Those who would put in that much practice with auto fire would be smart enough to realize that 3 shot bursts are way more accurate and waste far less ammo.

The mag will be empty and there is no way possible that they hit anything that was being shot at. People that think fully auto weapons are easy to fire have never even seen one fired in real life. After 2-3 rounds it is already pulling to the side. They are not just inaccurate, they are impossible to shoot accurately.

Full auto weapons should be legal. Only idiots think full auto weapons are more dangerous. If someone is going to try using full auto during a crime all that will happen is the weapon will pull to the side and expend all it’s ammo in a few seconds. There is a reason why the military changed to semi auto/burst rifles as the standard.

Actually, yes it does. Habeas Corpus is in Article One of the Constitution. Suspending it without an act of rebellion or invasion is an attack on the constitution. Those attacking the Constitution should get the blue shell, and that always takes out the leader.
