Should have a tax on empty houses, to dicincentivise land banking with properties that are unoccupied. That could also bring a means to take over properties where the owner is unknown, when the taxes are unpaid long enough.

Sounds like it is connected, but the system gets overwhelmed sometimes or has outages when they have to use trucks “only temporarily”. Not as bad as said in the video, but still pretty pathetic for a country that wealthy… 😅

I just start it when I try to put a dish in and it ends up in a janky position, or when I have to get a dirty dish out and clean it. I empty it one dish at a time or when I run out of bench space due to the dirty dishes on the bench 😅

If I don’t have a dishwasher I just end up buying take away once all the dishes are dirty…

That point is when you buy a dishwasher, then you can just pull a clean dish out of the dishwater 😅
