I’ve seen more than a few libertarians who are only libertarian because they’re also misanthropic. They’d love heavy government control, but they don’t trust anybody enough to have power over them, so they choose libertarian ideals. It’s a strange chain of logic, but I guess it’s logical.
I know they’re out there, but there can’t be a significant enough bloc of them to swing things. I’ve never encountered one outside of the internet, and even on the internet they mostly seem to be acting facetiously.
Something the catholic church is against? Either they’re secretly pretty good at being good role models for boys and getting them to open up after experiencing a genuinely warm mentoring relationship, which causes some catholic vices to be revealed and then prosecuted, or the catholic church doesn’t want competition.

The dragging death was Jasper, Tx; somewhere around 2-3 hours south off the city of Tyler. Incidentally, it’s a half hour east of the county of Tyler. I’m super curious how the various governments would handle a schism. If the churches of west america decide to break away, and the churches of the east decide to break away, but neither wants to stick with the other side, and obviously all three parties want to keep the land and buildings and everything else, how would the ownership of the various properties/organizations and all the bank accounts/employer statuses be decided?
Eh, just don’t go and make an organization dedicated to certifying olive oil… that’s actually effective. There have been several big stories about much of the oil you find in a store being either rancid or at best a mixture of olive oil and something else.
Hmm, I’d say overall the avatar (blue people) movie wasn’t shit. It wasn’t breaking any new ground in story or such, but the visuals complemented the actors and didn’t break immersion in comedic, unintentional ways. So… mostly just by comparison to the shitty avatar (blue tattoos) movie.
I’ve only finished the first game. I keep getting stalled around mid-game in the second. Now, those games had some humor that didn’t break immersion.

Er, I’m not saying that there were spelling mistakes, just that spelling mistakes are likely the only thing looked for by whoever is putting eyes on an article before it is posted. I, for instance, would be able to check for spelling mistakes in my second language, but would likely not see grammar issues unless they were glaringly obvious.
The report seems like it may have been a translation. Their proofreader likely just looked for spelling mistakes, and the grammar was unchanged.

The hardest part of ‘de-googling’ is the stranglehold it has on email. Between them and microsoft, I’ve only seen a few companies (small to medium size) that don’t use one of those two as the email. It’s mind-boggling. If either of them ever got testy, they could bring entire sectors down just by using the information stored in emails on.
