Mm idk about that. Yes there is a lot of violence against women in India. Generally, the Indians flying are not gonna be the ones doing that. Secondly, there is a lot of violence against women all over the world, it’s not just an India thing. Hell half the US political system is trying to give women the death penalty for the consequences of being raped. Or just for deciding they don’t want kids.

If you don’t believe the actual medical journal then you’re lost. Plus Israel has bombed Gaza so much that they have destroyed all the hospitals and record keeping facilities. On top of that, Israel has dropped a minimum of 300 bombs per day on Gaza since October 8th. If each bomb only killed one person, we would have a death toll of 300 per day x approximately 300 days is 90,000.

Lol I have no reason to be in the office for my job. My company started forcing people back in January. I take the train in. It takes me 2.5 one way, 5 hours total. Doesn’t make any fucking sense that I have to make the journey, and it makes no fucking sense that the train ride takes an hour and 45 minutes

I agree re sexism, etc., but I don’t think we should rewrite books or words. Let people know what they mean, and then explain why it’s bad.

For ex. Re-publishing Enid Blyton or Mark Twains works with certain words that are racist removed or edited. I don’t think that should be done. Let people learn how they were used and why they are wrong.

Or pulling down statues of Confederate leaders because they were racist and fought to have slaves. Don’t do that. Keep the statues up. Add a plaque or a message stating why they were assholes. Don’t erase history. Don’t rewrite it. Just make sure people have the knowledge.
