Not just that but I’ve seen posts mocking the captain for being a lesbian, and wokeness for why the boat crashed.

Antibiotics and other prescription medications are more often prescribed to older folks, so the increase should be seen in those populations, not primarily more in younger populations. It is unlikely that antibiotics or other similar medical interventions are responsible for the phenomenon seen in the op article.
Also, as a prescriber, I do warn my patients of the dangers of taking antibiotics willy nilly. 🤷🏻♀️
I’m in healthcare, and often work with children. It doesn’t matter if they do or don’t understand something, they don’t have the emotional regulation to continue with something uncomfortable.
I don’t blame parents wanting to increase the sleepiness of a child prior to something like a long plane trip.
8+ is the age I see the majority of children being able to grin and bear it, and to be reasoned with.
Ahaha that’s real cool. I had ear moulds taken professionally and what you did is pretty dang close. Nice work!
When you say you printed IEMs and ear protection, are you able to elaborate?
In my case I’ve only just gotten into FDM, and I’m having a lot more fun with it than my resin printer, but I might have made enough things for the resin printer that might make that a lot less of a chore.
So far, the FDM has been handy with quite a few functional prints around the house (certainly not yet enough that I can say it’s cheaper than just buying the items outright, but we’re getting close!), and that’s been an enjoyable process.
Maybe from the other side?
If you use the word fortnight, it’s likely you aren’t from North America.
Maybe the article was made up with an LLM?
There’s a lot of gay men who don’t even consider that these laws will apply to them. It doesn’t help that a lot of people will say “oh those laws only apply to locals, they won’t enforce them on international people”.
That’s like asking why we can’t just eliminate gonorrhea… people keep inoculating each other with the bad shit.
I do tell my expecting parents (who happen to have bad teeth) that they should not test the food in their mouth and use the same spoon with their new child, as they will be passing on their bacteria to the kid. I do also imply they shouldn’t share things like drinks.
Whether or not they listen to me isn’t my problem…
A chick got pulled for Subway: https://www.smh.com.au/traveller/inspiration/forgotten-subway-sandwich-costs-australian-traveller-jessical-lee-2664-on-arrival-home-20220721-h2576l.html
So it’s not surprising to me for being hauled up over a lunch… I’m likely biased as Australia and NZ have long been very strict about biosecurity.
What does seem strange to me is that in Australia, if I bring in something they don’t like, they turf it and let me through?? No fine or anything. Admittedly I go through the “Declare” line, and am open about what I’m unsure about.
People downvoting don’t realise this has happenned in some countries: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninoy_Aquino_International_Airport_bullet_planting_scandal#:~:text=The Ninoy Aquino International Airport,Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA)
The 3m 6035 filter only has a replacement schedule for infection control reasons, implying the outside may become too contaminated.
It was the original pandemic filter (there is a model up that does organic vapours too), marketed as being used for at least one pandemic wave.
No filter will last 10 years of daily use, at some point even your washable car filters or cleanable air purifier filters clog up and break down. But these are very long lasting for what they do, and I can see someone being able to stretch them out to one every six months, if in a hospital setting.
Technically abortion isn’t actually legal in Australia. Technically. And in some places nearly impossible without driving a real long way.
I’ve heard lack of helmet makes car drivers give more space as they’re more aware of how squishy the rider is. 🤷🏻♀️
Last I heard 2035 was already going to be pretty crap, 2050 was unlivable.
