Yeah a few Israeli soldiers have used human shields occasionally. It’s a crime in Israel and people in the IDF get charged for it.
Hamas does it as a matter of daily policy, with hundreds of thousands of people, voluntary and involuntary. What kind of bullshit whataboutism is this?
In the first days of the war, Hamas literally spread rumors online that the evacuation orders were a hoax and that everyone should stay in their houses, that nobody should leave North Gaza, or Gaza City.
Hamas actually uses human shields, though, and rewards people for war crimes, such as not wearing uniforms or kidnapping civilians.
Russia says that the Ukrainians dug 500 miles of tunnels in an area only 25 mi wide and used them for decades to launch terrorist attacks against Russia?
I haven’t heard that claim one time. I don’t think it’s true either.
Also haven’t seen those statements you’re talking about backed up. Israel certainly has the capability to annihilate all of Gaza in a matter of minutes. Here we are one year later, 99% of Gaza is still alive. What is it, the most incompetent genocide ever?
Dude just sits there for 45 minutes making general comparisons and leaping to his own conclusions. Not a serious video.
Like because one other war has fewer civilian casualties, Israel is therefore targeting civilians in purpose. That conclusion doesn’t follow.
Dude doesn’t even mention martyrdom culture or Hamas doing things like spreading misinfo that the evacuation warnings, phone calls, and texts from the IDF were hoaxes. Makes no mention of why the civilian casualties are so much higher in Gaza as opposed to other conflicts.
Those other conflicts didn’t have Hamas building hundreds of miles of tunnels under every population center, didn’t have Hamas encouraging families to live above the tunnels to protect them. That’s why the civilian death toll in Gaza is so high.
Yes, that kind of consistency in reasoning is because that’s how it actually works there. In truth, and you must know this deep inside, there’s even less evidence for these one liner Al Jazeera headlines about who killed this girl and why, but you have your pitchfork out already. Now you’re chowing down a steady diet of Qatari state media and non profit fundraising emails.
That’s what the phrase means in Palestinian culture. It’s a verb phrase that means “to become a statistic in the name of the glory of Islam.” Stop trying to romance it up into some epic struggle for human rights. Gaza doesn’t give Gaza human rights. These dead innocents are victims of generations of brainwashing and hopelessness. Despite that, 98% of the Gaza has managed to dodge all the famine campaigns and indiscriminate carpet bombing. I have hope that after Hamas is gone, enough Palestinians may embrace modern human rights like representative government and due process instead of just having an actually far right religious dictatorship and rule by assassination, instead of living in the eighth century but with drones and rocket launchers.
I’m not religious at all. Funny you think I’m a follower of some religious nutjob that I’ve never heard of. Can I assume that there is some other, equally nutty religious psychopath, for whom you’d throw your life away, or that you just think that’s rational behavior? I don’t know. Maybe just stick with “everything that makes me too sad is Zionism.”

That’s not what it means in Palestine.

“They have weapons from America. It is not an accident that they hit her in the head. That was on purpose."
Everyone understands this is bullshit, right, that that’s not how evidence or logic work?
The ICC is already exercising jurisdiction.
Edit: Know nothings downvoting this bc of their feelings.
But I’ve already got out my pitchfork.
Actually the UN asserted jurisdiction over the parties and they will have an evidentiary trial on the merits. If all South Africa has at trial is a bunch of fundraising solicitations from NGOs, and “reports” from state media of Qatar and Bahrain, they might be compelled to find against South Africa.
Go read the case of Bosnia and Herzegovina v. Serbia and Montenegro. Sorry international law is more complex than you feel it should be.
You’re literally here accusing Israel of the thing that Hamas does, day in, day out as it’s primary strategy.
Tell your friends to stop hiding under people’s houses and using rooms full of kids to hide their military assets.
And frames it like they’re both equal people. One is the democratically elected leader of a country, the other is a wanted terrorist and mass murderer, dictator of unincorporated, lawless territory.
It already is a global conflict.
The UN and US know that any temporary cease fire deal will include the dissolution of Hamas. Anything else is a non-starter, as you can see by the reality unfolded before you.
Dropped every one of them. Gd.
