    I’ve seen loads of posts from ~grad on my feed saying how China’s provision of homes for the homeless is an indicator of advanced civilisation, so presumably they’ll be along in a second to tell me the Sadiq is doing a great thing here?

      It says the houses are both council owned and housing association owned, and that £17m is being spent refurbishing them.

    Probably houses of people who used to have winter heating allowance or safe neighbourhoods and have had to sell up at a huge discount.
