I love watching all the people who cheered for Ted Cruz when he talked about bombing the middle east so much that the “sand might glow” who are now telling us that defending the sovereignty of our allies against a power aggressive to both of us is “inappropriate”.

The best investments Russia ever made has been propping up the Republican party since at least the 90s. None of the “peaceful freedom loving traditional conservatives” of today can bring themselves to criticize this aggressive violent authoritarian power that is against everything they claim to believe in. How strange.

The excuses are funny though keep em coming! Laughing at morons who think they’re clever enough to fool anyone is always good fun.

First and foremost, Russian soldiers don’t belong in Ukraine.

Is this what lemmy is? A propaganda engine for the backwater ruzzians? Nobody with an ounce of intelligence would give these articles a second look but yog and his puppet accounts are on my feed every third post is another one of these low effort/low intelligence obvious propaganda posts…

First off, this is no puppet account. I’m an active user who left alt options a while back as they became worse and worse. More importantly, being you’re so knowledgeable, what do you make of the 2012 Ukraine coup?

Oh you mean the highly fraudulent election held by the rapist/thief Yanukovich? Yeah- none of us were supportive of that. It was obvious to everyone it was full of fake votes

Sorry I’m new- what do you mean only on one instance? Is it this instance that I created my account? The lemmy.world one? If I make another account on another instance then I won’t see all of these?

Communities are hosted on instances, just like user accounts, and certain instances may promote certain views, etc

Scroll to the bottom here and you can see the instances yours doesn’t interact with

Your account is on the instance lemmy.one. This world news community is on lemmy.ml. If you don’t want to see any of the communities from lemmy.ml, you can make an account on an instance that defederates, or blocks, lemmy.ml. You can look by going to the bottom of the page on whatever instance, and click the “instances” link. Depending on which lemmy version the instance is running, blocked instances will either be on the right side of the page, or all the way at the bottom. If you just don’t like this community, you can block it from your current account. There should be a big red block community button on the right side of this post.

edit: This is for web, it will be different for apps.
